So, here we are at the end of The Alphabet Challenge.  What did you think of it? I definitely had a ton of fun with it and discovered some great new songs in the process.  I've also collected quite a few songs that didn't fit into the challenge that I can't wait to share with you!  Operation Get-Ariel-To-Post-More and Have-Fun-In-The-Process is a success!  To wrap things up, I thought it would be nice to have the completed challenge all in one place, so here you go. =)

Y - You Give Love A Bad Name, by Bon Jovi

Surprised?  Me too.  Really.  I have no clue why I love this song so much.  In fact it is exactly the kind of song I expect myself not to like.  Ariel, you're confusing me!  Someone please explain this to me....  =)

X - X & Y, by Coldplay

Bet you were wondering what on earth could possibly start with X.  :)
Well, TA-DA!  Enjoy!

W - Where Is Your Heart At, by Jamie Cullum

Songs with random analogies always make me smile.  :)  I like the jazzy feel of Where Is Your Heart At, it's a nice change.  Check it out!

V - Vanilla Twilight, by Owl City

I'm sure some of you saw this coming, but how could I resist?  :)  V really couldn't be anything but Vanilla Twilight.  Enjoy!

U - Upside Down, by Jack Johnson

At first I thought I was going to have a little bit of trouble with U, but voila! I remembered Upside Down.  I heard it on the radio ages ago and added it to my list of songs I wanted to post, but then forgot all about it!  Turns out it was a good thing I did. ^-^  Enjoy!

R - Real Gone, by Sheryl Crow

You guys already know how much of a sucker I am for soundtrack music, so I see no need to elaborate.  :)  Enjoy!

Q - Quando Quando Quando, by Michael Bublé & Nelly Furtado

I know you're all curious about what kind of song could possibly start with the letter Q, so without further ado, here is Quando, Quando, Quando.  =)

(P.S. In Italian, Quando means "when".)

O - Off My Mind, by Henry Lau

Off My Mind is my very favorite Chinese song in the entire universe!  I can sing 90% of it from memory, all of it if I have the pinyin lyrics. ^-^  So please, ENJOY!

N - Now Is Forever, by Eiffel 65

Now Is Forever is so TOTALLY different from anything else that I've ever heard that I'm kind of at a loss for words here... :)  What do you think of it?

M - My Everything, by 98 Degrees

Guys, there are so many beautiful songs in this world.  I totally overuse the phrase, "This is one of the prettiest songs I've ever heard."  But this time I'm serious! This song is just so heartfelt!!  I want to fall asleep listening to someone
sing this for me. ^-^

J - Just Like Now, by Super Junior

Just Like Now is a beautiful duet sung by two members of Super Junior, Kim Ryeowook and Lee Donghae.  These two rarely sing together, which is probably why I find it so pretty.  Enjoy!

F - Falling Stars, by David Archuleta

"When you forget me, when you don't remember my name..."  You know you have truly moved on when you can listen to this and smile because you know he's happy that way.

I thinking about trying to find something else for F, but I decided Falling Stars was too beautiful to pass by. (Plus you can't just Google "songs that start with F" because we all know where that will lead. :P )

E - Ebay, by "Weird Al" Yankovic

E is for humor. =)  Well, not really, but Ebay is pretty much the same thing! Weird Al is great when I need a reminder to not take things so seriously.

D - Don't Stop (Color On The Walls), by Foster The People

I have to say, this song is a step outside my comfort zone.  But I'm always trying to expand my musical tastes, so that is why Don't Stop is my choice for the letter D.  The lyrics are supposedly about a little kid's perspective, it's quite interesting, lol. =)  Anyways, join me in trying out something new and give it a try!

C - Complicated, by Avril Lavigne

Today C is for Complicated.  I've never been able to pinpoint why this song has so much appeal to me.   It's just so funky and unique!  Especially the way she sings and the message the song has.  =)  Enjoy!

B - Bounce, by JJ Project

B means it's time to Bounce!  =)  I love this song, from the English that actually makes sense, to the random bursts of rock and roll.  Have fun bouncing!

( I've typed "bounce" so many times that it's starting to look really weird...)

A - Apologize, by OneRepublic & Timbaland

Here is the first post of the Alphabet Challenge! A is for Apologize.  This song is almost an oxymoron. . . the lyrics are some of the saddest I've heard, and yet the tune is fast and upbeat.  Whatever it is, it works! =)

The Alphabet Challenge! =D

Guys, I have been so bad at this blogging thing lately!  I've only made one post in the past two weeks!  Shame on me. Each time I even remember about blogging I can't make up my mind what song to share and end up posting nothing!

So, to make choosing songs a little bit easier for myself, I've decided to try out a really cool idea I found on another blog.  Drumroll please... this post marks the commencement of The Alphabet Challenge!  For 26 days you blog each day about something that starts with the corresponding letter of the alphabet!  So to adapt that to music I'm going to have the song title start with that letter.  This is gonna be so fun!!  I already have songs in mind for Q, X, and Z... =)
